Laura Ariza began her musical aspirations at the age of 10, and at the Osceola County School for the Arts she was able to establish her goals in music. She also attended the Musicians Institute of Contemporary Music in Hollywood,CA in the summer of 2009 and 2010 where she she studied contemporary vocals with Shelby Smarts and guitar with Dan Gilbert. Currently she is the lead singer of Gloria Estefan's house band in Bongos Cuban Cafe at Downtown Disney, which has given her extensive experience in contemporary vocals such as rock, latin, musical theater, and pop-rock among others. Laura is an actively involved assistant musical director in christian and catholic churches in the Orlando Area. She is also a classically trained guitarist.
" The experience I've acquired in Music Education and in my own private vocal and guitar studio has taught me that children need constant mental stimulation, and that there is no better way to awaken their potential than with music. I can help your child understand how music works. Whether it is guitar or voice I use fun exercises and games to help them grasp the musical idea. My students will come to love music and parents will love the benefits that it will bring in their future"
Advanced vocal students are welcome to study with Laura.
